Toyota Yaris Cross Hybrid compact SUV design
The new Yaris Cross Hybrid takes some of the aesthetic lines of the Toyota RAV4, and is based on the same platform as the last Toyota Yaris.
Prestigious and robust, its design is an eye-catcher. Indeed, for optimal comfort, the Toyota Yaris Cross hybrid offers a high ground clearance and a high driving position.
Its dynamic grille and lines, its two-tone bodywork and its imposing 18-inch alloy wheels give it a rather elegant look. The true DNA of the compact SUV.
Inside, sit back and relax in the taupe-colored leather upholstery. The front seats are heated and offer good lateral support. Admire its optional panoramic roof, which lets in unparalleled light. At nightfall, the ambient lighting provides a relaxing atmosphere.
Good point for the ergonomics of the dashboard which gives way to a new 9-inch HD touch screen. The latter offers access to connected navigation.
This allows you to enjoy live road events in real time, as well as wireless smartphone integration with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The 10-inch head-up display keeps you focused on the road. Information is projected directly onto the windshield.
Yaris Cross Hybrid : dimensions
Close to the dimensions of the Renault Captur, the Totoya Yaris Cross hybrid gains 240 mm on the new Yaris city car, that is to say a length of 4 180 mm. Also, the width and height increase by 90 and 20 mm. The wheelbase remains the same on both models.

Our opinion
Arriving at one of the most competitive intersections on the automotive planet, the Toyota Cross hybrid is an ideal car for the city. Its fuel consumption is low thanks to its hybrid engine system.
The technical choices are original, the practical aspects are well taken care of, and the quality/price/performance ratio is well studied. The Toyota Yaris Cross seems to be well on its way to becoming one of the leading urban cruisers.
